PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

  • Information and consent

In compliance with the provisions of the current regulations on Protection of Personal Data, we inform you that the personal data and information that the User voluntarily provides us by filling in any electronic form available on the OMK Web or by e-mail (“Data”), will be incorporated into a personal data file owned by Omakase Consulting. The purpose of the data processing is to manage the relationship that we maintain with the User in each case.

The sending of emails or the completion of forms included in the OMK Web by the User implies the User’s unequivocal consent to the inclusion of their personal data in the aforementioned file and their consent that their Data can be used in accordance with the purpose described above. Omakase Consulting may include the User in its distribution lists and send you informative emails about Omakase Consulting and its activities (such as news, publications and events), or any other commercial communications about Omakase Consulting, provided that Omakase Consulting has the express consent of the User.

Omakase Consulting may contract the storage and management of personal data of Users to companies providing Internet services. These companies will act as the treatment managers, who will act in strict accordance with the instructions of Omakase Consulting and fully respect the current regulations on Personal Data Protection. International data transfers will not be made to third countries outside the European Union or to countries that do not guarantee an adequate level of protection in accordance with the current regulations on Protection of Personal Data.

The User’s personal data will be kept as long as there is a mutual interest to maintain the purpose of the data treatment and when no longer necessary, data will be suppressed with adequate security measures to guarantee the pseudonymization of the data or the total destruction of the data.

  • Security measures

Omakase Consulting complies with the current regulations on Protection of Personal Data, and states that data are treated in a lawful, fair and transparent manner in relation to the interested party and adequate, relevant and limited to what is necessary in relation to the purposes for which they are treated.

Omakase Consulting guarantees that it has implemented appropriate technical and organizational policies to apply the security measures established by the current regulations on Protection of Personal Data, in order to protect the rights and freedoms of Users.

  • Rights that assist the User

The User may exercise their rights of Access, Rectification, Portability and Deletion of their data, and the Limitation or Opposition to data treatment in the terms provided in the current regulations on Protection of Personal Data. For this purpose, the User must direct a communication by postal mail to Omakase Consulting, Muntaner, 261, 1º 2ª, 08029 Barcelona, Spain, or send an email to the following address: administracion@omakaseconsulting.com, indicating in both cases the User’s name and surnames, an address for the purposes of notifications, a photocopy of thr User’s national identity document or passport, and indication of the specific right exercised. Users also have the right to withdraw their consent at any time, and to file a claim with the control authority (www.agpd.es) if they consider that the treatment does not comply with current regulations.
